What does the Reconnect With Your Body class involve?
After the early weeks of motherhood, many mums feel ready to move a little more — but still want something supportive and gradual.
This class focuses on rebuilding the connection between breath, movement and body awareness. Through slow, guided yoga movements we gently wake up muscles, release tension and help you feel more comfortable in your body again.
There’s no pressure to keep up or push yourself. Every movement can be adapted depending on how you feel that day.
Babies are always welcome in the space, and the class remains relaxed and flexible so you can respond to their needs at any time.
What Do You Need to Start?
Bring yourself, your baby, and something comfortable to sit or lie on. A yoga mat is great if you have one, but a blanket, cushion or towel works perfectly well too.
