Introduction Video
A Little Hello
If you're thinking about joining but feeling unsure, this video is a quick introduction.
I share a little about the class, how the sessions work, and what you can expect when you arrive — babies included.
The aim is simple: a calm space where you can move gently and take a moment for yourself.

Our Other Classes
Classes designed for mothers at all different stages of motherhood.
Gentle, calming movements designed for the early weeks when energy is low and baby comes first.
Supportive movements to gradually rebuild strength, stability, and confidence in your body again.
Gentle movement that fits naturally around life with baby as you settle into your new routine.
A quiet moment to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself amidst the busyness of motherhood.
Relaxed group sessions where mums move, stretch, and share a supportive space together.
What does the Finding Your Rhythm class involve?
By this stage many mums start to feel more settled into daily life with their baby.
This class is designed to support that rhythm, offering a balanced practice that combines movement, breath and relaxation.
Sessions include gentle flows that help improve mobility, strength and overall wellbeing, while still keeping the calm and supportive atmosphere that makes postnatal yoga so special.
Babies are always welcome to be part of the class, and everything remains flexible and baby-friendly.
What Do You Need to Start?
Bring yourself, your baby, and something comfortable to sit or lie on. A yoga mat is great if you have one, but a blanket, cushion or towel works perfectly well too.
What to Expect
• Gentle flowing yoga sequences
• Strength and mobility work
• Relaxation and breathing
• A warm, supportive group environment
