What does the Moments to Yourself class involve?

Motherhood is busy, beautiful and often exhausting. This class creates a calm space where you can slow down and take a moment for yourself.
 

The practice focuses on gentle movement, breathing and relaxation to help release tension and restore energy. The pace is slower and more restorative, allowing you to leave feeling calmer and more balanced.
 

It’s less about exercise and more about giving yourself a moment to pause.

What Do You Need to Start?

Bring yourself, your baby, and something comfortable to sit or lie on. A yoga mat is great if you have one, but a blanket, cushion or towel works perfectly well too.

What to Expect 

• Slow, restorative yoga
• Deep breathing and relaxation
• Gentle stretching
• A calm, peaceful atmosphere
