Service Description

This class focuses on slowly rebuilding strength and stability after pregnancy and the early stages of motherhood. Through controlled, supportive movements, you'll begin to strengthen key areas such as your core, back, and hips while moving at a pace that feels right for you. The aim is not intensity, but steady progress — helping you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body over time in a supportive space alongside other mums. This class is suitable for mums easing back into movement and looking for a calm, supportive space to reset.
