It’s a welcoming space to move, breathe, and gradually build comfort with a more fluid style of yoga while still keeping things accessible for mums at different stages of recovery. The aim is not intensity, but steady progress — helping you feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to your body over time in a supportive space alongside other mums. This class is suitable for mums easing back into movement and looking for a calm, supportive space to reset.
