What does the Early Days class involve?
This class is designed for the early months after birth, offering a calm and supportive space for mothers to gently return to or start movement.
The practice focuses on slow, mindful exercises that support recovery, rebuild strength and release tension in the body. We move gradually with plenty of space to rest, breathe and listen to what your body needs.
Babies are always welcome to stay close on the mat, be held, fed or settled whenever needed. There is no pressure to keep up with the class — the focus is simply on creating a moment of care for yourself during this new chapter.
What Do You Need to Start?
You don’t need much — just bring yourself, your baby, and something comfortable to sit on. It doesn’t have to be a yoga mat; a cushion, blanket, or even a towel works perfectly well.
What to Expect
• Gentle postnatal yoga movements
• Breathing and relaxation
• A calm, welcoming environment
• Space for feeding, settling or holding your baby
